Why is this important?

i. Until now, drivers have only been aware of customers when they see them at physical locations,
ii. Commuters are unable to plan their journeys safely due to:
iii. Unreliable taxi schedules and pick up locations,
iv. Underrepresented route planning, and
v. Uncertainty regarding availability each minibus taxi.

As a result, commuters have been forced to reorganise their life around public transport.
Commuters have also not been able to communicate with the industry directly to provide feedback on things like

vi. Drivers’ safe driving habits,
vii. Timeliness, and
viii.Availability of a ride to their specific locations.
